Inchcape Greystanes NSW is seeking an Online Sales Consultant to join our high-performing BDC team. You will engage customers across phone, web and digital channels, qualify leads, and manage appointments for both online and in-store vehicle sales.

Working a rotating roster (including weekends, 10-day fortnight) with WFH on weekends, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences and collaborate with sales and finance teams to maximise conversions.

Competenze

• Minimum 12 months experience in a customer experience and/or sales environment.
• Experience managing customers through a structured sales process.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to work towards and achieve KPI targets.
• Experience using CRM systems.

Mansioni

• Manage inbound and outbound customer enquiries
• Qualify leads and book appointments for dealership teams
• Support customers throughout the vehicle purchasing journey
• Manage online vehicle sales enquiries and fulfilment activities
• Conduct customer follow-up before and after appointments
• Provide information on vehicles, accessories and finance solutions
• Engage with customers via phone, email, web chat and digital channels
• Manage online reviews, customer feedback and social enquiries
• Maintain accurate customer information within Salesforce and CRM systems
• Assist with customer escalations and resolution of enquiries
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to maximise conversion opportunities
