Job summary

Inchcape is seeking an Online Sales Consultant to join our Business Development Centre in Greystanes. You will engage with customers across phone, web and digital channels to qualify leads, manage appointments and support both online and in-store vehicle sales.

You will collaborate with dealership teams, provide accurate vehicle and finance information, and nurture customers through the purchasing journey with a focus on achieving targets in a KPI-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience in a customer experience and/or sales environment.
• Experience managing customers through a structured sales process.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to work towards and achieve KPI targets.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Confident use of digital platforms andMicrosoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Automotive industry experience or Salesforce experience will be highly regarded.
• Current driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer enquiries.
• Qualify leads and book appointments for dealership teams.
• Support customers throughout the vehicle purchasing journey.
• Manage online vehicle sales enquiries and fulfilment activities.
• Conduct customer follow-up before and after appointments.
• Provide information on vehicles, accessories and finance solutions.
• Engage with customers via phone, email, web chat and digital channels.
• Manage online reviews, customer feedback and social enquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer information within Salesforce and CRM systems.
• Assist with customer escalations and resolution of enquiries.
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to maximise conversion opportunities.
