Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer enquiries and schedule vehicle service appointments.
• Make outbound calls to customers due for servicing.
• Manage customer interactions across phone, SMS and digital channels.
• Support achievement of booking, call quality and customer service targets.
• Maintain accurate customer information and booking details in internal systems.
• Work with service, sales and parts teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
