Job summary

Inchcape is seeking an Online Sales Consultant to join our Greystanes-based Business Development Centre. You will handle inbound/outbound enquiries, qualify leads and book appointments, guiding customers from initial enquiry to sale across phone, web and chat.

The role requires at least 12 months in customer experience or sales, strong communication, CRM experience (Salesforce), and comfort across multiple digital platforms.

Qualifications

• 12 months experience in a customer experience and/or sales environment.
• Experience managing customers through a structured sales process.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to work towards and achieve KPI targets.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer enquiries.
• Qualify leads and book appointments for dealership teams.
• Support customers throughout the vehicle purchasing journey.
• Manage online vehicle sales enquiries and fulfilment activities.
• Conduct customer follow-up before and after appointments.
• Provide information on vehicles, accessories and finance solutions.
• Engage with customers via phone, email, web chat and digital channels.
• Maintain accurate customer information within Salesforce and CRM systems.
• Assist with customer escalations and resolution of enquiries.
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to maximise conversion opportunities.
