• Experience using CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle and follow up inbound customer enquiries.
• Speak with customers across phone, email and SMS.
• Build rapport and understand customer needs.
• Gather accurate information and update internal systems.
• Manage your pipeline and customer follow-ups.
• Discuss pricing and handle objections.
• Coordinate next steps with internal teams.
• Work toward targets and KPIs.
• Deliver high level of customer service throughout the process.
