Job summary

Harvey Norman in Homebush West is seeking enthusiastic Online Live Chat Representatives to join our team during peak periods. You will handle online customer queries via our Live Chat system and provide sales and product advice in a fast-paced retail environment.

Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster is required, with shifts from 7am to 11pm. Prior retail or contact centre experience is helpful, but not essential, as you learn on the job.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication via Live Chat and Email.
Strong customer service and product advice skills.
Retail or contact centre experience preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via Live Chat and Email.
