Job summary

Harvey Norman Global Pty Limited in Homebush West is seeking enthusiastic Online Live Chat Representatives for our busy peak periods. You will be the first contact for customers, handling live chat and email inquiries with a focus on sales and product advice.

This casual role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Parking is available and the location is accessible by Flemington station.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to be used via Live Chat and Email.
• Enthusiastic approach to work with a willingness to learn, acerias ‘can do’ attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Retail or contact centre experience preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle online customer queries via Live Chat systems.
• Provide sales and product advice to customers.
• Support orders and relay information to relevant departments.
• Maintain high levels of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist customers across a 7-day rotating roster.
