Job summary

TAL Australia is seeking a Delivery Manager, Group Onboarding to lead the end-to-end onboarding delivery for superannuation partners. You will coordinate multiple squads, manage risks and dependencies, and drive partner-focused outcomes with a strong emphasis on experience and timely delivery.

You will partner with Product, Technology, and external partners to enable cross-functional teams to deliver value efficiently while supporting TAL's growth objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of delivery management experience in a technology organisation.
• Experience operating in a product and value stream–oriented delivery model and strong understanding of agile principles.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional dependencies across technology domains (cloud, cyber, infrastructure).
• Experience in regulated industries (financial services or insurance) including compliance considerations during delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery cadence across VS1 and optimise flow.
• Set and maintain prioritisation across squads when demand exceeds capacity.
• Own testing processes and release readiness gates and govern what ships.
• Identify delivery risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
• Adapt plans to changing partner needs while maintaining delivery integrity and transparency.
• Maintain delivery health metrics and provide regular reporting on status, risks, and progress.
• Lead delivery teams through coaching and professional development.
