Job summary

Reflex Technology Group is seeking an ICT Support Officer for an on-site role in a dynamic educational setting. You will provide technical support, resolve incidents, and maintain devices while building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

With 1–3 years in Level 1/2 support, you’ll handle Windows and Mac environments, wireless networking, TCP/IP, and cloud platforms such as Office 365 and G-Suite.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in Level 1/2 technical support.
• Experience supporting Windows and Mac technologies.
• Understanding of wireless networking, TCP/IP, and remote admin tools.
• Experience with Active Directory (Azure) and Group Policy.
• Familiarity with Office 365 and G-Suite.
• Experience administering Jamf or other MDM systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Windows and Mac devices.
• Log incidents in the ticketing system, assess severity and priority, escalate when needed.
• Build strong relationships with the ICT Manager, clients and RTG team.
• Create documentation, training materials and user guides.
• Anticipate issues, propose proactive improvements and ideas.
• Work with stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
