Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled tasks, preventive maintenance, break/fix repairs, and on-site system diagnostics.
• Install, upgrade, modify, and service gaming equipment at customer venues.
• Troubleshoot complex faults and perform repairs as needed.
• Respond to service requests promptly to meet customer SLAs and quality standards.
• Document activities accurately using Aristocrat field service tools.
