Job summary

Aristocrat is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform on-site maintenance, installations, and repairs of gaming systems at customer sites across Australia. You will diagnose faults, carry out scheduled PM tasks, and ensure service records and inventory are up to date.

Strong communication and the ability to work independently at multiple sites are essential. Ideal candidates will hold relevant state licences (Aristocrat supports licencing), be flexible for non-operational hours, and thrive

Qualifications

Ability to acquire/maintain relevant state/territory gaming licences (support provided by Aristocrat).
Proven problem-solving, troubleshooting, and fault-finding capabilities.
Strong communication skills and a customer service approach.
Self-motivated and able to work independently across multiple customer sites.

Responsibilities

Perform scheduled tasks, preventative maintenance, break/fix repairs, and diagnostics on-site.
Complete equipment installations, removals, upgrades, and game changes at customer sites, including outside normal hours.
Investigate and resolve complex system faults to ensure efficient functionality.
Respond promptly to service calls, meeting customer expectations and SLA requirements.
Collaborate with venue staff to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Accurately capture and report activities using Aristocrat’s field service tools.
