Job summary

JLL is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day facility operations across NSW/ACT, including Macquarie Park and Ingleburn DC. You will act as on-site client liaison, manage budgets, procurement, and maintenance programs, and support safety and compliance across sites.

The role requires 2+ years in facilities or related fields, a relevant degree, and strong vendor management, with travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in facilities management or related field.
• 2+ years in facilities, property management or hospitality.
• Knowledge of OH&S requirements in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations for NSW/ACT sites.
• Lead and develop the on-site Reception Team.
• Manage vendor procurement, contracts and cost controls.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance and incident response.
