Scentre Group in Melbourne is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to help maintain the safety, presentation, and compliance of Westfield Knox. You will coordinate contractors and support retailers while keeping operations smooth in a busy environment.

The role is on-site, permanent and full-time, offering hands-on experience across facilities management. You will build strong relationships with retailers, contractors, and internal teams, contributing to ongoing centre improvements and incident

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities, property, retail, or a similar operational environment.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Confident in building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn and develop in facilities management.

Responsibilities

• Respond to reactive maintenance issues and onsite investigations.
• Coordinate contractors to deliver works safely and on schedule.
• Manage work orders and administrative tasks in facilities systems.
• Conduct routine inspections, safety checks and minor works.
• Support projects and centre improvements; liaise with retailers and internal teams.
• Assist with incidents, emergencies and compliance procedures.
