Job summary

Scentre Group, the owner of Westfield destinations in Australia and New Zealand, seeks a Facilities Coordinator for Westfield Knox. The role is on-site, permanent and entails coordinating contractors, supporting retailers, and maintaining safety, presentation, and compliance across the centre.

You will respond to maintenance issues, manage work orders, conduct safety checks, and build strong relationships with stakeholders while supporting ongoing projects and improvements.

• Responding to reactive maintenance issues and completing onsite investigations.
• Coordinating contractors to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
• Managing work orders, reporting, and administrative tasks through facilities systems.
• Conducting routine inspections, safety checks, and supporting maintenance and minor works.
• Building strong relationships with retailers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Supporting projects and ongoing improvements across the centre.
• Assisting with incidents, emergencies, and compliance processes in line with procedures.

Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator to join the team at Westfield Knox.

This is a operational and varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll support the smooth and safe operation of the centre by coordinating contractors, supporting retailers, and maintaining high standards of safety, presentation, and compliance. Working as part of a supportive and collaborative team, you’ll gain broad exposure across facilities operations while building your career within a busy and evolving environment.

Day-to-day you will be responsible for:

• Responding to reactive maintenance issues and completing onsite investigations

This role is permanent, full-time, and based on-site at Westfield Knox.
