Job summary

Westfield Carindale, operated by Scentre Group, is seeking a proactive Facilities Coordinator to join our on-site team. You will coordinate contractors, support retailers, and help maintain safety, presentation, and compliance across the centre.

You will manage reactive maintenance, conduct inspections, and support capital works while building strong relationships with stakeholders in a busy, community-focused retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities, property, retail or similar environments.
• Strong communication with contractors, retailers and stakeholders.
• Ability to learn and operate maintenance systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Respond to reactive maintenance issues and investigations on-site.
• Coordinate contractors to ensure safe, timely, high-quality works.
• Manage work orders, reporting and admin in facilities systems.
• Perform routine inspections and safety checks; support maintenance and minor works.
• Build relationships with retailers, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with capital works and ongoing centre improvements.
• Support incidents, emergencies and compliance procedures.
