Job summary

Scentre Group operates Westfield Knox and is looking for a proactive Facilities Coordinator to help ensure safe, smooth centre operations. You will coordinate contractors, support retailers, and maintain high standards of safety, presentation, and compliance in a dynamic, on-site environment.

You will manage maintenance-related investigations, paperwork, and system workflows while engaging with a broad network of stakeholders.

• Experience in facilities, property, retail, or similar operational environment.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable communicating with a diverse range of stakeholders and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to reactive maintenance issues and conduct onsite investigations.
• Coordinate contractors to ensure safe, timely, high-quality works.
• Manage work orders, reporting, and admin through facilities systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and safety checks; support maintenance and minor works.
• Build relationships with retailers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Support projects and ongoing improvements across the centre.
• Assist with incidents, emergencies, and compliance processes.

Your Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator to join the team at Westfield Knox.

This is a operational and varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll support the smooth and safe operation of the centre by coordinating contractors, supporting retailers, and maintaining high standards of safety, presentation, and compliance. Working as part of a supportive and collaborative team, you’ll gain broad exposure across facilities operations while building your career within a busy and evolving environment.

Day-to-day you will be responsible for:

• Responding to reactive maintenance issues and completing onsite investigations
• Coordinating contractors to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
• Managing work orders, reporting, and administrative tasks through facilities systems
• Conducting routine inspections, safety checks, and supporting maintenance and minor works
• Building strong relationships with retailers, contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Supporting projects and ongoing improvements across the centre
• Assisting with incidents, emergencies, and compliance processes in line with procedures

This role is permanent, full-time, and based on-site at Westfield Knox.
