Job summary

Knight Frank Australia is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee operations across six shopping centres in Sydney and regional NSW. You will lead a facilities coordinator, manage hard services, maintenance, compliance and contractor performance to ensure sites are safe, efficient and trade-ready daily.

The role requires travel across centres, a hands-on approach and strong stakeholder management with retailers, contractors and clients.

Qualifications

• Experienced Facilities Manager or Senior Facilities Coordinator seeking a step up.
• Strong hands-on involvement across multi-site retail or commercial assets.
• Proven ability to manage hard services, PPM programs, and contractor performance.
• Capex project experience including submissions, budgeting and financial accountability.
• Willingness to travel across multiple shopping centres, including Cameron Park.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and presentation of 6 shopping centres across Sydney and Regional NSW.
• Manage a facilities coordinator, hard services, maintenance, compliance and contractor performance.
• Coordinate contractors to meet safety, quality, and KPI targets within allocated budgets.
• Complete regular site inspections, risk assessments and capital expense proposals as needed.
• Maintain compliance documentation and support tenancy delivery and fit-outs.
