Job summary

SEM Windows Pty Ltd – Wetherill Park NSW is seeking a Project Coordinator for Commercial Façade Projects. This site-based role supports day-to-day coordination of façade works with clients, site teams and subcontractors on the Ryde Hospital Redevelopment project.

You will handle project administration, scheduling, quality assurance and material control to ensure on-time delivery, safety compliance and contract conformance on a major hospital adjacent installation.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination or site administration in construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specs and docs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid Construction White Card.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project scheduling, resource allocation and site deliveries.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers and contractors to clarify requirements.
• Monitor progress against timelines and escalate issues promptly.
• Prepare project documentation including plans, specs, reports and correspondence.
• Conduct site inspections and quality audits against specs and standards.
• Support site health and safety compliance.
• Manage HammerTech administration and site records.
• Coordinate site material control and asset management.
• Assist with service requests and resolve defects and outstanding works.
• Contribute to process improvements in project coordination.
