SRG Global is seeking an experienced Site Manager for our Façades division in Perth, WA. You will lead on-site teams, coordinate façade installation works from planning through to completion and work closely with project teams and senior leadership to deliver safely, on time and within budget.

Qualificações

• Experience in a similar Façades role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage site teams and project resources.
• Understanding of HSEQ requirements and risk management.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Microsoft Project.
• Proactive with focus on delivering quality outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead site teams, subcontractors and trades to deliver façade works safely and efficiently.
• Develop and manage short-range programs, coordinating sequences, labour and deliveries.
• Monitor progress, productivity and costs; implement corrective actions to meet milestones.
• Coordinate site resources and subcontractor performance.
• Conduct quality inspections and manage defects per project specifications.
• Lead safety activities, including pre-starts, toolbox talks, inspections and SWMS compliance.
• Identify program delays and variations, maintaining records for reporting.
• Liaise with head contractor, clients and stakeholders to resolve site issues.
