SEM Windows Pty Ltd – Wetherill Park NSW is seeking a Project Coordinator for Commercial Façade Projects. This site-based role supports day-to-day coordination of façade works with clients, site teams and subcontractors on the Ryde Hospital Redevelopment project.

You will handle project administration, scheduling, quality assurance and material control to ensure on-time delivery, safety compliance and contract conformance on a major hospital adjacent installation.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in project coordination or site administration in construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specs and docs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid Construction White Card.

About Us

SEM Windows Pty Ltd is a leading aluminium windows and façade solutions provider, partnering with major builders and developers across Australia. As we expand our NSW operations, we are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our team at the Ryde Hospital Redevelopment project.

About the Role

You will support the day-to-day coordination and delivery of façade works, working closely with clients, site teams, internal departments and subcontractors. This role combines project administration, site coordination, quality assurance and material control to help deliver works safely, on time and to the required standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project scheduling, resource allocation and site deliveries.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers and contractors to clarify requirements and support effective project delivery.
• Monitor progress against project timelines, identifying and escalating issues promptly.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including plans, specifications, reports and correspondence.
• Conduct site inspections and quality audits against contractual specifications and applicable standards, and submit Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) through Visbuild.
• Support site health and safety compliance in line with relevant legislation and company policies.
• Manage HammerTech administration and maintain accurate site records.
• Coordinate site material control and asset management, including tracking deliveries, stock and equipment.
• Assist with site service requests and coordinate the timely resolution of defects and outstanding works.
• Contribute to improvements in project processes and site coordination.

About You

You are organised, proactive and comfortable working in a busy construction site environment. You communicate clearly, maintain accurate records and follow through on outstanding tasks.

You will bring:

• Experience in project coordination or site administration within construction, ideally involving aluminium windows or façade systems.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Confident communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients, subcontractors and site teams.
• The ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and project documentation.
• An understanding of site safety requirements and quality assurance processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
• A practical approach to problem-solving and strong attention to detail.
• A valid Construction White Card.

Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
