Job summary

SRG Global is seeking an experienced Site Manager for our Façades division in Perth, WA. You will lead site teams, coordinate façade installation from planning through to completion, and drive programming to ensure safety, on-time delivery and quality.

Reporting to project teams and senior leadership, you will manage subcontractors, monitor progress and costs, and build strong relationships with clients and the head contractor to optimise delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role within the Facades space.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent planning and programming skills.
• Sound understanding of HSEQ requirements and risk management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead site teams, subcontractors and trades to deliver façade works safely and efficiently.
• Develop and manage short-range programs, coordinating installation sequences, labour and material deliveries.
• Monitor project progress, productivity and costs, implementing corrective actions to meet milestones.
• Coordinate site resources, subcontractor performance and construction activities.
• Conduct quality inspections and manage defects to ensure project specs.
• Lead safety activities including pre-starts, toolbox talks and SWMS compliance.
• Liaise with head contractor, clients and stakeholders to resolve site issues.
