Altop Facade Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead façade projects from design coordination through installation, working with a diverse team of subcontractors, suppliers, architects and engineers. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality façades for commercial developments, with responsibilities spanning procurement, scheduling, budgeting and compliance.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in façade or construction project management.
Strong understanding of full project management cycle, including design coordination, programming, budgeting, contracts, site management and compliance.
Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.

Responsabilités

Oversee façade projects from early design coordination through to final installation.
Coordinate design reviews and ensure alignment with project goals and specifications.
Liaise with builders, architects, engineers and consultants to resolve technical and onsite challenges.
Oversee procurement of façade materials, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and cost control.
Maintain communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing project risks.
