Job summary

Buildcorp in Sydney is seeking a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead Façade and Remedial projects. Reporting to the Construction Director, you will drive safe, high‑quality and profitable delivery from award to completion.

You will lead project teams, develop plans, manage budgets and schedules, monitor progress, maintain stakeholder relationships and ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards. Experience with Jobpac, Procore or Asta Powerproject is advantageous.

Qualifications

Experience leading large, complex construction projects.
Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Strong focus on health and safety and quality.
Experience with façade and remedial works is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Develop project plans: scope, budget, schedule, resources.
Monitor progress, milestones and quality standards.
Manage stakeholder relationships and communications throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify risks and implement risk management strategies.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regs and company policies.
Drive continuous improvement of PM processes and best practices.
Document and address any quality concerns on the project.
