Job summary

Crowne Plaza Perth, a Riverside hotel in East Perth, seeks a Sales & Events Coordinator to drive events and bookings. The role is on-site during business hours, with a requirement to be available 5 days a week during busy periods.

You’ll report to the Director of Sales and Marketing, and champion events in a dynamic team environment, coordinating hotel event bookings and sales activities. Prior event or sales experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal).
• Legal right to work in Australia with Mon-Fri availability.
• Previous experience in Events or Sales is not required, though advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Being the key contact for all event enquiries.
• Liaising with clients to convert queries into sales/bookings.
• Preparing event contracts.
• Issuing Banqueting Event Orders (BEO's).
• Finalising client payments and issuing invoices.
• Client follow up and feedback after each completed event.
