Job summary

First Global Management Services in Sydney is seeking an Event Service Specialist to deliver exceptional on-site event service. You will be the primary contact for hosts, coordinating with event managers, service partners and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely execution of every aspect of events.

You will handle logistics across multiple spaces, support small to large events, and contribute to post-event reporting while maintaining high standards of guest experience and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Must be fluent in English.
• This is an on-site position requiring flexibility to deploy across the campus.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact on event day for hosts, coordinating with event managers and service partners to ensure flawless execution.
• Coordinate and execute event logistics across different spaces and buildings.
• Support events onsite, including managing multiple events per day.
• Prepare reports and post-event data to support continuous improvement.
• Assist event managers in planning large-scale events and end-to-end event planning.
