You will coordinate the on-site event space, work with internal teams, and ensure smooth delivery across multiple programs.

The role requires 5–7 years of experience, fluency in English, and the ability to manage complex, high-profile events across global platforms.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience coordinating meetings or conferences 50–300+ attendees.
• Experience with high-profile stakeholders and agencies.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environments.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative planning support for event hosts.
• Coordinate logistics, decor, catering and entertainment.
• Onsite event support and coordination with service teams.
• Update event details in internal systems.
• Create and distribute event briefs to stakeholders.
• Conduct post-event debriefs with hosts.
