Job summary

Suncoast Caravan Service on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a friendly Service Coordinator / Customer Service team member to join our busy service team. This hands-on role blends customer service, sales and service coordination, working closely within the Service Department to assist with enquiries, bookings, and parts orders.

You’ll be the main contact for customers, handling enquiries, providing quotes, helping manage the booking schedule, greeting showroom visitors, and processing transactions

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, administration, service coordination or a similar role is highly regarded.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Confident communicating with customers in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer enquiries and book service appointments
• Confirm upcoming bookings and provide quotes for service work
• Order parts and accessories for scheduled jobs
• Advise customers on products, services, and accessories
• Answer phones and direct enquiries to the correct departments
• Greet and assist customers in the showroom
• Process transactions, refunds, and exchanges
