Seek.com.au's caravan dealership in Brisbane's northern suburbs is hiring a Customer Service Consultant to accompany customers through their journey, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.

The role focuses on handling enquiries, coordinating orders and handovers, and maintaining showroom presentation, with attendance at trade shows. It requires a customer-focused, proactive individual with strong communication and IT skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in sales and/or customer service.
• Genuine interest in caravanning and 4x4 lifestyle.
• Team player
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate/advanced IT skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently and show initiative
• Sound organisational and time management skills

Responsabilités

• Handle customer enquiries via email, phone, walk-ins
• Fulfil customer orders and coordination of build and handover
• Ad-hoc administration duties relating to the dealership & showroom
• Develop and maintain exceptional customer relationships
• Ensure the showroom is set up and presentable for best customer experience
• Attendance at Caravan, 4X4 and Lifestyle Trade Shows
• Immerse in the Titanium Caravans Family culture
• Stay updated on new products and industry knowledge
