TAFE NSW is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a temporary full-time, on-site role in Wagga Wagga. You will assist students and prospective learners across multiple channels, guiding them from enquiry to enrolment while maintaining a high standard of service.

The position offers a 35-hour week and on-campus interaction. The role requires prior customer service experience in fast-paced environments, strong teamwork, and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.

Qualifications

Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume customer service environment across multiple channels.
Strong attention to detail and ability to learn new systems quickly (CRM experience highly regarded).
Minimum Certificate III in a relevant administration discipline or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

Serve as first point of contact for students and prospects on campus, guiding them from enquiry to enrolment and beyond.
Provide friendly, accurate, and timely support via face-to-face, phone, and online channels.
Collaborate with internal teams and other Student Services units during peaks to resolve enquiries and maintain customer focus.
