Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking Field Support Technicians in Brisbane to provide IT support to customers across workplace environments. You will assist end users with technology needs, set up and troubleshoot devices, and maintain accurate incident and service records.

This role includes on-call duties, standard business hours with occasional after-hours, and limited monthly work-from-home flexibility. A valid Australian driver’s license is required, and pre-employment screening may apply.

Qualifications

• Experience with desktop support across various hardware and software.
• Ability to document incidents and service requests clearly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support to a range of users, including executives.
• Set up, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Support users face to face, by phone, and via remote tools.
• Record and manage IT assets, incidents, and service requests.
• Follow health and safety requirements and complete tasks within service timeframes.
