Job summary

IKEA Australia seeks a Fulfilment Project Implementation Manager to drive end-to-end implementations across the DC/CDC network, based at Marsden Park. You will collaborate with country teams, technical specialists and external partners to ensure readiness and a smooth transition into operations.

You will lead change management, stakeholder engagement and governance, shaping action plans, risk mitigation and timely delivery in a dynamic retail logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex project implementations within supply chain, logistics, fulfilment or retail operations.
• Ability to drive operational readiness and manage change in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication with diverse stakeholders across functions.
• Organised, proactive and solutions-focused with multiple priorities.
• Experience in matrix organisations and collaboration with country teams.
• Passion for continuous improvement and customer-focused solutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational readiness activities with stakeholders to prepare for implementation.
• Develop and deliver change-management plans to build engagement and adoption.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between CDC onsite teams, Service Office Customer Fulfilment, and country teams.
• Assess impacts on processes and customer experience and develop action plans with risks and mitigations.
• Manage project governance, reporting and stakeholder updates with visibility of milestones.
• Support knowledge transfer and handover to operations after implementation.
• Monitor performance against objectives, timelines, and budgets, taking corrective action as needed.
