• Leading Operations Co-workers within your area of responsibility to secure goods availability and operational readiness.
• Creating and maintaining a safe, clean and organised working environment, ensuring compliance with IKEA policies and health and safety regulations.
• Planning and coordinating people, shift and equipment resources for efficient daily operations.
• Identifying, recruiting, retaining and developing talent within your team for succession planning.
• Coaching and developing co-workers through feedback and performance reviews.
• Driving operational excellence by analysing workloads and supporting seasonal volume requirements.
• Promoting quality and continuous improvement to minimise damages and enhance customer experience.
• Supporting IKEA's sustainability agenda within operations.
