Job summary

IKEA Australia & New Zealand seeks a Country Replenishment & Inventory Leader to optimise replenishment and inventory performance across our fulfilment network. You will balance product availability with cost, leveraging data-driven insights to maximise stock health and availability for omnichannel customers.

With proven leadership in replenishment, forecasting, and supply planning, you will collaborate with commercial, supply chain, and fulfilment teams.

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience with ability to influence diverse stakeholders to drive outcomes.
Expertise in replenishment, inventory management, forecasting, and supply planning in retail/logistics.
Strong analytical capabilities translating data into actionable improvements.
Experience with Power BI and AI-enabled tools to drive efficiency.
Customer-focused and commercially minded approach to balancing availability, stock levels, and costs.

Responsibilities

Lead replenishment and inventory performance across the Australia & New Zealand fulfilment network.
Balance availability with cost optimisation to maximise product availability across omnichannel touchpoints.
Oversee range management and ensure the agreed assortment is available across all channels.
Analyse inventory data to identify opportunities and support global/country initiatives.
Drive continuous development and innovation in inventory and supply chain practices with key partners.
