Intro Recruitment in Brisbane is seeking an organised Office Manager to join our team. This hands-on role covers accounts administration, payroll support, staff coordination and general office management.

You will support day-to-day operations, liaise with offshore teams, implement process improvements, and help ensure smooth running of our back-office functions in a growing recruitment business.

Qualifications

  • Experience in an Office Manager or Senior Administration role.
  • Experience using Xero and payroll exposure.
  • Experience coordinating offshore teams.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Proactive, task-driven with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience in recruitment, labour hire or equipment hire would be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage the accounts inbox, invoices and queries.
  • Assist with accounts administration using Xero.
  • Coordinate staff travel and accommodation.
  • Coordinate offshore staff, delegate workloads and monitor task completion.
  • Manage office supplies, stationery and kitchen requirements.
  • Complete government reporting (e.g., Child Support and Centrelink).
  • Provide payroll support when required.
  • Attend weekly meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Assist with ISO reporting and documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes through systems and automation.

Intro Recruitment is looking for an organised, proactive and hands-on Office Manager to join our Brisbane team.

This is a varied role supporting the day-to-day running of our business, with responsibilities spanning accounts administration, payroll support, staff coordination and general office management.

You'll play an important role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes while working closely with the wider team and coordinating our offshore support.

We're looking for someone who is task-driven, comfortable working across multiple systems and always looking for ways to improve processes and efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage the accounts inbox, ensuring invoices and queries are actioned.
  • Assist with accounts administration using Xero.
  • Coordinate staff travel and accommodation.
  • Coordinate offshore staff, delegate workloads and monitor task completion.
  • Manage office supplies, stationery and kitchen requirements.
  • Complete government reporting, including Child Support and Centrelink.
  • Provide payroll support when required.
  • Attend weekly meetings and prepare meeting minutes.

About You:
  • Previous experience in an Office Manager or Senior Administration role.
  • Experience using Xero and exposure to accounts and payroll.
  • Experience coordinating offshore teams will be highly regarded.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A proactive, task-driven approach with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident working across different systems and identifying process improvements.
  • Experience within recruitment, labour hire or equipment hire would be highly regarded.
