This is a great role for someone who has some industry experience under their belt, enjoys being across everything, and wants to join a busy Eastern Suburbs office where you can actually learn, grow and move forward.
You’ll be joining an established, high-performing real estate business and working across both the sales and property management sides of the office.
It’s a hands‑on role with plenty of variety. You’ll be the person helping keep the office moving, supporting the team, dealing with clients and getting exposure to the broader workings of a successful agency.
And importantly, this doesn’t need to be your forever reception role.
If you eventually want to move into sales administration, leasing, property management or another area of real estate, there’s room to build from here.
No two days will look exactly the same, but your role will include:
Managing incoming calls, enquiries and clients coming into the office
Supporting the sales team with administration, documentation and campaign preparation
Assisting the property management team with general administration where required
Preparing property documents, forms and correspondence
Updating the CRM and keeping property and client information accurate
Assisting with property marketing and listing administration
Coordinating general office requirements and keeping everything organised
Being the go-to person when something needs to get sorted
You don’t need to know absolutely everything.
You do, however, need to understand real estate and how quickly an agency office can move.
You’ll ideally have:
Around 12 months or more experience within real estate
A current NSW Certificate of Registration, or be close to completing it
Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with clients
Good attention to detail and the ability to stay organised when things get busy
Experience using real estate systems, CRMs or property software
A proactive attitude and willingness to help across the wider office
A genuine interest in building a longer‑term career in the industry
Personality matters here too.
They want someone switched‑on, warm, professional and reliable who will become a genuine part of the team.
Monday to Friday with no weekend work
$65K–$75K package depending on experience
Established Eastern Suburbs real estate business
Exposure across both sales and property management
Opportunity to broaden your experience rather than staying stuck on reception
Genuine pathways into other areas of the industry
Supportive team and ongoing development
If you’re already in real estate but feel like you’ve outgrown your current role, this is worth a conversation.
