Job summary

Longreach Recruitment is seeking a commercially minded Project Engineer to join our WA client, a respected mid-tier commercial builder. The role is office-based and focuses on procurement packages from review to subcontract award across commercial, industrial, manufacturing and logistics projects up to $70m.

You will work within the Pre-Construction team, coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and contribute to project delivery through strong systems, time management, and clear

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience within local commercial and industrial construction.
• Exposure to subcontract procurement, contract administration and commercial management processes.
• Excellent time management and ability to work with established systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement packages from initial review through to subcontract award across diverse commercial, industrial, manufacturing and logistics projects.
• Office-based role within Pre-Construction team focusing on procurement and commercial activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support on-time, on-budget project delivery.
