Longreach Recruitment is seeking experienced Site Engineers and Project Engineers to join a privately owned Tier 2 commercial builder in Western Australia. Work across a diverse portfolio of D&C projects, including warehouses, offices, and industrial facilities, valued up to $70M.

• 2+ years' experience in local commercial/industrial projects.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking experienced Site Engineers and Project Engineers to join their team. Key Requirements

• A construction-related degree
• 2+ years' experience within the construction industry, across local commercial and industrial projects.
• Experience as a Site Engineer or Project Engineer with a commercial building contractor.
• Understanding of construction planning, coordination, quality and project delivery processes.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• High level of computer literacy and confidence using construction systems.
• Exposure to mechanical, electrical, fire, refrigeration or hydraulic services will be advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with subcontractors, consultants and clients.
• Site-based project engineering experience will be highly regarded.
