Job summary

Randstad Australia is seeking a Branch Manager for our Melbourne South East suburb branch. This fully office-based role drives sales KPIs, delivers excellent customer experience, and mentors a team of 3 direct reports to achieve revenue excellence.

The role requires leadership experience, a track record in sales, and willingness to travel interstate for a 1-week training commencing November 30th. Mandarin fluency is highly desirable, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team mentoring experience.
• Proven ability to hit sales KPIs and drive revenue.

Responsibilities

• Direct line management of 3 staff members and coaching.
• Own branch sales targets and growth strategies.
• Maintain high customer service standards and resolve escalations.
• Oversee daily branch operations, risk/compliance, and budget control.
