  • EA Team Support & Operational Cover: Provide administrative ad-hoc assistance to the EA team, including partner expenses, timesheets, updating the Sydney Admin Manual, and coordinating catering, venue sourcing, or celebration orders.
  • Finance & Invoicing: Assist with processing Sydney vendor invoices and supplier payment documentation.
  • HR & Events: Support HR with new hire inductions, training room setups, and hands-on logistics for office events and social committee activities.
  • IT, AV & Safety: Deliver on-site assistance to the IT Manager, and act as an office Fire Warden and First Aid Officer (full training provided for IT support and safety roles).
  • Ad hoc relief of Melbourne OA admin tasks during leave absences.
