We are seeking a positive, organised and hardworking individual to join our Bundamba office on a full-time basis.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a busy working environment, works well within a team and takes ownership of their responsibilities. Our office is fast-paced, with priorities often changing throughout the day. The successful candidate plays a crucial role in supporting the wider operation of the business, ensuring that administrative tasks and the logistics run seamlessly to support our technical teams and customers.
Answering and directing telephone calls professionally
Providing prompt and helpful customer service
Responding to customer enquiries or directing them to the appropriate team member
Monitoring and managing incoming emails
Creating, managing and completing tasks relating to quotations and jobs
Coordinating with subcontractors and maintaining positive working relationships
Organising and managing technicians’ schedules
Completing general office and administrative duties
Assisting other departments to support efficient daily operations
We are looking for someone who:

Previous experience in office administration, scheduling, customer service, or a related trade-service industry will be highly regarded; however, it is not essential.
