Job summary

Brandt Sunshine branch is seeking an organised Office Administrator to join our team and support daily branch operations with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

You will greet customers, handle inquiries, assist with invoicing and documentation, coordinate branch administration, and support Sales, Parts and Service with admin tasks while maintaining accurate records and contributing to a positive team environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous administration, reception, or customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confidence with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive attitude and team support.
  • Experience in agriculture, automotive, construction, or related industries is advantageous but not essential.

About the Role
