Qualifications

• Experience in sales coordination, customer service, account administration or a similar position.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow actions through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Support the National OEM Manager with day-to-day sales and customer coordination.
• Assist with quotations, pricing, customer correspondence and sales documentation.
• Maintain customer forecasts, order schedules, account information and action registers.
• Coordinate order, stock and delivery information across internal teams.
• Prepare sales reports, presentations and customer review materials.
• Coordinate customer meetings and follow agreed actions through to completion.
