Enjoy real clinical supervision, paid professional development, and mileage coverage while contributing to meaningful outcomes for participants and families.
At Pacific Health and Wellbeing, our people are our biggest strength. We're a friendly, down-to-earth multidisciplinary team that believes work should be rewarding, flexible and fun.
We support people living with disabilities to achieve their goals, while making sure our own team feels supported, valued and empowered to do their best work.

Let's talk about how we can make work fit your lifestyle.

Less admin, more therapy: Dedicated administrative support so you can focus on what you do best.
Mileage covered: Get paid for your work-related travel.
Professional development: Access paid opportunities to develop your clinical skills and grow your confidence.
Career progression: Explore clinical specialities and future leadership opportunities at a pace that works for you.
Bonuses up to $20,000: Be rewarded for your contribution.
A fantastic multidisciplinary team: Collaborate with OTs, Speech Pathologists and Physiotherapists across different career stages.
A dedicated workspace: Enjoy your own multi-screen workstation whenever you're in the office.
Office mascots included! Milly, our Director of Pawductivity, and Charlie, our Barketing Manager, keep the team smiling.
You'll deliver meaningful, person-centred occupational therapy services to participants across the lifespan, helping them achieve their goals and live more independently.
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering community-based and in-clinic occupational therapy services.
Completing assessments and developing individualised therapy programs.
Recommending assistive technology and home modifications.
Collaborating with participants, families and other stakeholders.
Preparing reports and working towards meaningful participant outcomes.
Managing your own diary and caseload with the support of our wider clinical team.
You're going to have the autonomy to manage your workload while enjoying the support of a team that genuinely wants you to succeed.
We know that life doesn't always fit neatly into a nine-to-five schedule, and we don't believe your career should have to suffer because of it.
Whether you're looking for three days a week, four shorter days, or hours that better accommodate your family commitments, we're interested in finding the right fit.
At PHW, part-time doesn't mean being left out. You'll still be part of the team, have access to clinical support and professional development, and have opportunities to build your skills and progress your career.
You don't have to choose between a rewarding career and a life outside work.
We're looking for an Occupational Therapist who is passionate about helping people achieve their goals and wants to be part of a supportive, positive team.
You'll ideally have:
A recognised Occupational Therapy qualification and current AHPRA registration.
A passion for person-centred care and meaningful participant outcomes.
Strong communication, organisation and time-management skills.
The confidence to manage your own diary and caseload.
A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine appreciation for teamwork.
Whether you're an experienced OT or looking for a more flexible way to continue your career, we'd love to hear from you.
Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy.
Current AHPRA registration.
Current driver's licence.
NDIS Worker Screening clearance, or willingness to obtain.
Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
Senior First Aid Certificate, or willingness to obtain.
Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module, or willingness to obtain.
Your career should fit into your life, not the other way around.
If you're looking for a part-time Occupational Therapy role where you can make a genuine difference, enjoy flexibility and work with people who appreciate you, we'd love to hear from you.
Let's find a working arrangement that works for you!
