Job summary

Healthproof is hiring a Mobile Occupational Therapist for Western Sydney. You will support clients in homes and communities, helping them live safer, more independent lives through tailored, real-world therapy.

Roles include assessing needs, delivering evidence-based therapy, and managing caseloads across NDIS and aged care with strong teamwork and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• OT degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) + AHPRA registration.
• Full Australian work rights and professional indemnity insurance.
• Driver’s licence and a car required for community visits.
• At least 1 year experience in OT; open to all levels.
• Visa applicants welcome; mentoring and support provided.

Responsibilities

The Role: Occupational Therapist (Western Sydney)

• Supporting clients with complex needs (disability, developmental conditions, injury recovery)
• Designing and running individual & group therapy programs
