Rely Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Occupational Therapist or OT Allied Health Assistant (4th Year) to join a small team in Broadmeadow. You’ll support clients across the lifespan with complex mental health needs in clinic, home, school and community, using a holistic, person-centred approach.

• Supporting people with a variety of needs and backgrounds using an holistic, person-centred approach
• They support NDIS self-managed and plan-managed participants, Medicare, and private patients, with a focus on holistic, client-centered care.
• Conducting functional assessments, delivering evidence-based interventions and maintaining accurate and professional clinical documentation
• Managing your own caseload with the freedom to structure your days in a way that suits your lifestyle
• Working collaboratively: Regular team meetings, interdisciplinary collaboration, and strong administrative support mean you're never working alone.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
• AHPRA registration
• Minimum 2 years of experience, ideally with NDIS or community mental health
• Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• Strong communication skills and a heart for making a difference
