Job summary

PC Ability Pty Ltd, part of the Procare Group, is seeking an NDIS Occupational Therapist to join our QLD team in North Brisbane, Caboolture, or the Sunshine Coast. This community-based role involves supporting participants in their homes and local environments to help them achieve goals and improve quality of life.

We offer full-time or part-time positions with a flexible hybrid working model, mentoring and training, and leadership opportunities as our team grows.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registration is required.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Passion for making a difference with honesty and integrity.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (kilometre reimbursement provided).

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of NDIS participants and tailor therapy programs to individual goals.
• Conduct clinical assessments of participants’ functional capacity.
• Provide practical recommendations including assistive technology and home adaptations.
• Collaborate with participants, families, and other stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
• Senior clinicians may have leadership opportunities and contribute to team growth.

As aSenior Occupational Therapist, you’ll:

• Manage adiverse caseload of NDIS participants, tailoring therapy programs to individual needs and goals.
• Conduct clinical assessments of participants’ functional capacity, including physical and psychological abilities.
• Provide practical recommendations, including assistive technology and environmental adaptations, to enhance participants' independence.
• Collaborate with participants, their families, and other stakeholders to deliver outstanding outcomes.
• For senior clinicians, take onleadership opportunities, including delivering internal presentations and contributing to the growth of our team.

We’re looking for anOccupational Therapistwith:

• AHPRA registrationand 1+ years of experience delivering NDIS therapy services (preferred but not required).
• A currentNDIS Worker Screening Check,Working with Children Check, andPolice Clearance(or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent communication and time management skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• A passion for making a difference, with a focus on honesty, integrity, and positive outcomes.
• A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (kilometre reimbursement provided).
