Job summary

PC Ability, part of the Procare Group, is seeking a Senior NDIS Occupational Therapist to join our Brisbane team. This role focuses on delivering patient-centered, home-based therapy within the NDIS space, promoting independence and quality of life for participants.

You will manage a diverse caseload, conduct assessments, and mentor junior clinicians, while exploring leadership opportunities and career growth in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registration and 1+ years of experience delivering NDIS therapy services.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent communication and time management skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (kilometre reimbursement provided).

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of NDIS participants, tailoring therapy programs to individual needs and goals.
• Conduct clinical assessments of participants’ functional capacity, including physical and psychological abilities.
• Provide practical recommendations, including assistive technology and environmental adaptations, to enhance participants' independence.
• Mentor and guide junior clinicians, providing professional support and sharing your expertise.
• Collaborate with participants, their families, and other stakeholders to deliver outstanding outcomes.
• Take on leadership opportunities, including delivering internal presentations and contributing to the growth of our team.
