Procare Group's PC Ability division in Sydney’s inner suburbs is hiring an Occupational Therapist to support growth in Alexandria and surrounding areas. You will design therapy programs, assess functional capacity, and work toward client-centred outcomes.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registration is required.
• Minimum 2 years experience delivering NDIS therapy services.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC, Police clearance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of participants and planning therapy programs.
• Assessing participants' functional capacity through clinical assessment.
• Developing participant-centred goals based on client circumstances.
• Opportunity to develop a specialised caseload in areas of interest.
• Conduct assessments and recommend environment adaptations including assistive tech.

The Role:

• Managing a caseload of participants and designing therapy programs to work towards achieving participant outcomes
• Assessing participants functional capacity including physical and psychological abilities through clinical assessment
• Using clinical skills and professional opinion to develop participant centred goals specific to the client’s circumstances
• Opportunities to develop a specialised case load in areas of interest
• Conduct assessments and provide recommendations to successfully adapt environments for participants including the provision of assistive technology

About You:

• Occupational Therapist (with AHPRA registration)
• 2+ years experience delivering NDIS therapy services
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check & Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent time management with a strong attention to detail
• Honesty, integrity and a positive approach
