PC Ability Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join our Brisbane team. This community-based role focuses on delivering NDIS therapy to participants in homes and local environments, with mentoring and leadership opportunities as the team grows.

We offer a flexible hybrid model, a supportive culture, and pathways for career development within the Procare Group. AHPRA registration and compliance checks are required.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registration and 1+ years of experience delivering NDIS therapy services.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check and Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent communication and time management skills, proactive and detail oriented.

Responsabilités

• Manage a diverse caseload of NDIS participants, tailoring therapy programs to individual needs.
• Conduct clinical assessments of participants’ functional capacity.
• Provide practical recommendations, including assistive technology and environmental adaptations.
• Mentor and guide junior clinicians, providing professional support.
• Collaborate with participants, families and stakeholders for outcomes.
• Take on leadership opportunities, delivering internal presentations and contributing to team growth.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior NDIS Occupational Therapist to join our Brisbaneteam. This community-based role allows you to work directly with participants in their homes and local environments, helping them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

As a Senior Occupational Therapist you’ll:

• Provide practical recommendations, including assistive technology and environmental adaptations, to enhance participants' independence.
• Mentor and guide junior clinicians, providing professional support and sharing your expertise.
• Collaborate with participants, their families, and other stakeholders to deliver outstanding outcomes.
• Take onleadership opportunities, including delivering internal presentations and contributing to the growth of our team.

We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist with:

• AHPRA registrationand 1+ years of experience delivering NDIS therapy services.
• A currentNDIS Worker Screening Check,Working with Children Check, andPolice Clearance(or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent communication and time management skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• A passion for making a difference, with a focus on honesty, integrity, and positive outcomes.
• A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (kilometre reimbursement provided).
