Job summary

PC Ability, part of the Procare Group, seeks an NDIS Occupational Therapist to support participants in home and community settings across QLD. Roles available in North Brisbane, Caboolture, or the Sunshine Coast with flexible hybrid work.

You will assess, plan, and deliver client-centered therapy, collaborate with families, and pursue ongoing professional development in the NDIS space.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registration and 1+ years of NDIS therapy experience.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and Police Clearance.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with a passion for community therapy.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of NDIS participants.
• Conduct clinical assessments and set goals.
• Provide recommendations for assistive technology and environmental adaptations.
• Collaborate with families and stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
• Lead senior clinician activities and contribute to team growth.

As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you’ll:

• Manage a diverse caseload of NDIS participants, tailoring therapy programs to individual needs and goals.
• Conduct clinical assessments of participants’ functional capacity, including physical and psychological abilities.
• Provide practical recommendations, including assistive technology and environmental adaptations, to enhance participants' independence.
• Collaborate with participants, their families, and other stakeholders to deliver outstanding outcomes.
• For senior clinicians, take on leadership opportunities, including delivering internal presentations and contributing to the growth of our team.

We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist with:

• AHPRA registrationand 1+ years of experience delivering NDIS therapy services (preferred but not required).
• A current NDIS Worker Screening Check,Working with Children Check, andPolice Clearance(or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent communication and time management skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• A passion for making a difference, with a focus on honesty, integrity, and positive outcomes.
• A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (kilometre reimbursement provided).
